IT Data Director
Overview The IT Data Workstream Director at Cook Medical is responsible for providing leadership for the IT Data Workstream. This position is responsible to effectively and efficiently ensure Cook Medical data is available, accurate and integrated. This position is responsible for all Cook Medical IT Data Solutions. Further, this position is responsible for development and execution of IT Data Workstream strategies and CM Data Governance strategies and processes. Responsibilities Lead the IT Data Workstream in ensuring projects, programs, and initiatives are optimized, aligned, and delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Lead the IT Data Workstream in effectively aligning with workstream business partner stakeholders and other CM IT Workstreams. Lead the development of the long-term IT Data Workstream strategic direction and contribution to the long term IT strategic direction. Lead the IT Data Workstream in effectively architecting and delivering solutions, projects, programs, and initiatives in line with the Cook Medical IT architectural guidelines and standards. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with IT leadership and other Cook Medical IT Workstreams to ensure the effectiveness of the Cook Medical IT organization. Ensure the IT Data Workstream is following all CMMS and ITMS policies, procedures, and standards. Support the Cook Medical IT organizational and talent development programs. Analyze the IT Workstream workforce and organization to ensure it has suitable access to talent to enable business success today, tomorrow and in the future. Lead Workstream in tracking deliverables and milestones while providing regular status updates to Stakeholders. Support the Cook Medical IT impediment process to eliminate items, issues and concerns slowing the IT Data Workstream team members. Must strictly adhere to safety requirements. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Must maintain company quality and quantity standards. Must have effective oral and written communication skills. Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision. Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT transformational data initiatives. 5
years of experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders within complex contexts. Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, communication & resources across multiple projects. Physical Requirements:
Works under general office environmental conditions Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, etc. Ability to travel (domestic and international) required Requires occasional early morning or late evening teleconferences
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Database Administration, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
