6K a year We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team 3-5 days per week between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and will assist with secretarial duties.
This individual should have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will also have strong organizational and communication skills and be comfortable taking cash, check, and credit card transactions.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive in the dealership.
Provide direction to which department guests are looking for.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
Accuracy when counting cash.
Take checks, cash, and credit card transactions.
Close out cash drawer at end of day and make necessary deposits.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
